the mayor of ghost town(part 3)

Matt come back to the city and bring his family to the town. after he and his family moved, he put the posters around the city.


and he put the contact number on the posters. then he come back to the town to meet the old man.
"umm.... old man,"
"what?"
"it's quite hard for me to always calling you old man, can i call you uncle?"
"just call me whatever you like."
"then, uncle, do you have a map for this town?"
"yes, i do have, wait" uncle search and give him the map "here you go,"

"well? what are you gonna do with this?"
"i will rearrange the town."
"what are you gonna do?"
"we will plant the crop in this town. to do that, we need a large space to make a field."
"hah? planting the crops are not beneficial for the town don't you know that?"
"i know, but we need to prepare a job for our citizen in order to revive the town. and we need to provide the basic necessities for them too."
".... argh, just do whatever you want. i don't care anymore."
"thanks uncle."
and he leaves Matt. Matt do the rearrangement with the town's map. after he made the town map, he contacting Jimmy, the carpenter.
 
then he discussed with Jimmy with what he has planned. and Jimmy said,"my goodness, we need a large amount of money, do you have that?"
"yes i have," Matt use the money the uncle has that for him is useless.
a week later, jimmy made a progress with the town, and he got a call from the city. he went to city.
upon arriving at the city, Matt surprised with many homeless people.


they gathering toward Matt and ask him "we will work for you, but can you give us food first?"
Matt sighed and said "alright, i give you food for free today, but for the shelter, you all have to work, deal?"
"deal!" said all the homeless people.
after dealing with this people, the money uncle have now halved. now Matt has to be wise in money spending.
one month later, the town now has people that worked as a farmer. the crop just grow and still cannot be harvest, but a new problem arise.
"Matt, the shop at the city is expensive, why there is no groceries in this town?"
"oh, about that.."
"we also need a name in this town. who's gonna name it?"
"game town!"
"no! farmer town!"
"no! gills town!"
"that is your name! Barn town!"
"GRRRR!!" the town people start to fight.

"calm down everyone! okay, let's solve the town's name first."
the people silent and look at Matt. Matt looking around thinking of the town's name. he is actually clueless until he saw uncle. "YES! GHOST TOWN!"
"ghost town? why?"
"because before, nobody came to this town. this town is like a ghost until we came to revived it."
"not bad, it even match the history of this town."
"yeah, agree."
"yeah, yeah."
now Matt calm down seeing the people are agreeing with him. uncle look at him and go back to his house.
"now we need a shop, huh?" though Matt thinking of this town. he looks around the town and think that this town has made some progress.
"now how am i finding somebody to build their shops to this town...."
