the mayor of ghost town(part1)

once, there's a boy name Matt who come to a big land on another side of the sea through his small raft. he come because he was challenged by his friend to find the mysteries of this land. he felt he found nothing and want to go back to his raft. by the time he come to the place where he put his raft, he realize his raft is gone.



Matt cry as hard as he can and running around the land for being stupid.

until he was calm down by an old man. but the old man calm the kid by scold him.



"YOU WHIPPERSNAPPER! STOP CRYING AND BE A MAN!!"
and so the boy stop crying. then the old man listen to his problem. once he heard the problem, he bring Matt back to a ruin village. Matt was really surprised to find a village, but only this one old man that live in this place. Matt ask many question but get scolded by the old man. now all Matt can do is just shut his mouth. "i let you sleep here, tomorrow, we make the raft."
and so, tomorrow, as the old man promise, he make a raft with Matt so that Matt can go back home. it took them 3 days to make the raft,
 

and so the old man said to Matt, "now you have the raft, go back to your home and never come back again."
Matt felt grateful for what the old man has done, and he wants to repay his deed, "i want to pay you back, what can i do for you?"
the old man annoyed and said,"i want nothing! if you really want to help, come back and DIG A GRAVE FOR ME!"
Matt surprised with the harsh word coming from that old man. still, he grateful for the raft.
once Matt went back home, he got scold worst than the old man.
 

time pass by, and Matt grew up from boy to a young man. Matt want to support his family, and he searching for job. finally, he managed to find a job.


but it is a really hard job because the money he gain are not enough for his family. and he also need to pay the expensive tax from mayor of the town. because of that, there are many homeless and jobless people in Matt's town.
soon, Matt cannot support his family no matter how hard he worked. this really worries Matt. after a while, he decides to sell some of his belongings to keep his family.


and then, when Matt gone home, he told his family what he's gonna do. after he search all his belongings, he remembered the old man he meets. suddenly he though up an idea and he went to meet the old man with his raft at first,


uh oh, his raft now cannot be used, now he has to buy a boat to go across the other land.
